Most items ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation of shipment and be notified of any delays.

Custom orders take 4-6 weeks depending on item ordered. Once your order is placed we will contact you within 24 hours to give you a completion time frame. Since everything is completely handmade we thank you for your patience!

Returns must be received back to Sue-Bee Q Jewelry within 14 days of receipt by customer. All return shipping costs are to be paid by customer. Customer is recommended to use full insurance when shipping returns, any lost shipments will be the responsible of the customer to pay.

All Returns Are Subject to Approval.
Free repair for 12 months after sale, however, accompanied with customer receipt.

A fee will be charged to any lost/broken stones, findings and/or chain - additional terms & conditions may apply.
